Baris brings a pragmatic, growth‑focused leadership style grounded in deep industry knowledge. He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree and an MBA from the University of Texas, supporting his robust technical and commercial expertise.

Charisse has supported all North Air operating sites as HR Business Partner for several years, providing expert guidance across every aspect of employee management and engagement. She combines trusted professional expertise with a genuine, people‑focused approach, helping to ensure consistency, fairness and high performance across the business. Charisse’s deep understanding of North Air’s culture, operations and people makes her an invaluable leader and exceptionally well placed to deliver meaningful impact in her role.

Lisa Hood is HSSE Director at North Air, bringing 19 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. She has led HSSE across top‑tier COMAH jet fuel import, export and storage operations, alongside senior safety leadership roles within complex, distributed businesses. Lisa is recognised for creating, leading and embedding effective safety strategies that strengthen safety culture and performance for more than 6,000 employees. She joined North Air in 2025, bringing deep technical expertise, strong leadership and a relentless commitment to safety excellence.

Paul Butler is a dynamic and highly respected operational leader with over 29 years of aviation industry experience. With deep expertise across airport operations, ground handling, and fuelling, Paul brings strategic clarity and pace to everything he leads. As Operations Director, he works hands‑on with regional and operational teams to drive excellence across into‑plane fuelling, tank farm management, plant engineering, fleet maintenance, and IT. A key member of the executive team, Paul shapes strategy, performance, and delivery with a relentless focus on safety, people, and sustainable growth; ensuring consistently resilient, high‑performing operations.

Richard Kelly is a highly accomplished Finance Director and Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, with extensive experience leading finance functions in complex, regulated and multinational organisations. A trusted partner to executive teams, he shapes financial strategy, strengthens governance and drives long-term financial performance.

With over 20 years of senior leadership experience across aviation, broadcasting, media and subscription-based businesses, including Viasat World, Viaplay and Viasat Broadcasting UK, Richard brings deep expertise in IFRS reporting, group consolidation, treasury and systems transformation. He is known for building high-performing finance teams and ensuring finance delivers real strategic value.
